Shawn Gregoire and his wife Jodi of Heavnly Dogs and Catering began selling hot dogs and sausages with peppers and onions on the Town Common and at Heart Pond in July of 2019. They've since added other menu items and expanded their locations. 

Shawn enjoys talking with customers and hearing the stories and seeing happy kids when their parents buy them a hot dog. Jodi enjoys being outside with the cart and coming up with ideas for how they can expand. 

When not around town or at fairs, the vending cart is also available for Birthday Parties, Graduation Parties, After Wedding Parties!

Jack Wang is an expert in helping families pay for plan for college. Brian is an experienced loan officer who has been helping homebuyers with their financing needs for 20 years. Brian holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the College of William and Mary. In private life, he lives in Chelsea, MA where he has served on the City Council, the Zoning Board, and the Affordable Housing Trust Fund Board. He is currently a member of Chelsea’s Rotary Club.

Michael and Iara Gustafson started Atlas Academy in September of 2018 (then known as Dracut Children’s House) for their son Kash, who was one-and-a-half at the time.  

Prior to that, Michael was a Kindergarten teacher for four years in Dracut.  During his time there, he earned a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, and he tutored students on the side in all grades up through high school. 

One day, in June of 2018, Michael submitted his resignation letter to his principal, and drove down the street to sign a lease with the building owner at 112 Sladen St. in Dracut.

It was a big leap, but Michael and Iara were willing to risk it all to build a school for their son.

They started in an empty building with no students; and now they are in their third year with 4 classrooms and over 60 students ranging from toddler up through 3rd grade. 

Looking forward, they will continue to grow and add grades each year up through high school.
