Summary

 

I began my professional journey as an HVAC mechanic.  I maintained the building systems of a 465,000 square foot multi building, multi tenant campus at The Andover Tech Center.  My customer service and problem solving abilities were quickly recognized, and I was given an opportunity to prove my skills in a management role.  I have been passionate about providing quality service to every company I worked for as well as the people I serve.  I enjoy going to work and make the best of each day.  While at Ferncroft Corporate Center, a 300,000 square foot multi tenant building I reduced the buildings electric consumption by 40% monthly and maintained the reduction even during an increase in building occupancy.  I also reduced Ferncroft Corporate Centers hot and cold calls by 80%.  I increased tenant confidence in the building management’s ability to run the facility which caused tenant retention and an increased property value.  I'm looking forward to my next employment adventure.

Most new homeowners are not aware that new equipment warranty contracts are not transferable.  We have no problem transferring our Paradigm Preventative Maintenance contract from a current to new homeowner. Boilers

 

Do not store items near a boiler. Paint cans, gas, oil, snow blower or lawn equipment to list a few should not be anywhere around boilers. These items at proper temperature could cause an explosion. Let's all be safe. 

 

Forced Hot Water Boiler

 

 

Oil Boiler System cleaning and safety inspection should be done annually.

 

Gas Boiler System cleaning and safety inspection should be done annaully.

 

 

Kedel Boiler   

 

 

Kedel pellet boilers contain a self-cleaning heat exchanger, which means most of the cleaning associated with ash, the byproduct of burning pellets, is done by the system. Required cleaning is reduced to once or twice a year and can be performed by the homeowner or a certified installed.

 

Annual inspection for operational safety and warranty protection is required by a licensed installer. 

 

Considering a new heating system, then check out the KEDEL. The state offers an incredible rebate of up to $6,000.Call and ask to speak to our specialized KEDEL team about install, rebate, and financing options.
