This entry level executive position serves as a campaign manager for several annual projects. The campaigns require similar skills in motivating volunteers, managing, goal setting, and responsiveness. The campaigns range from grassroots fundraising, training volunteers to recruiting families / scouts.
The position requires a bachelor's degree, or equivalent, vehicle and a willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will also have some community building or grass roots experience.

Salary Range: $35,000 – Mid-Forties
