IT-Managed Services Support Technician

Job Description:

  • Showtime Computer is looking for an individual for our team. This job is designed to support our customers with great Customer Service, resolving support incidents with a mix of client on-site, remote in-office and remote in-home work.

Technical Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience troubleshooting and supporting Server/workstation, hardware, software, and networking equipment.
  • Client / Server application installation, support, troubleshooting, etc.
  • A+, Network +, Microsoft Certifications
  • PC Hardware repair
  • Must be skilled in Microsoft Office, Outlook
  • Office 365 / Microsoft Hosted Exchange Management
  • Active Directory Management, Group Policy
  • Advanced Networking Knowledge – Firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, Routing, Subnet Management

Personal Skills:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Self-motivated and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong work ethic required
  • Strong customer service skills and communication
  • Ability to manage stressful situations in a professional manner
  • Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 50Lbs
