IT-Managed Services Support Technician
Job Description:
- Showtime Computer is looking for an individual for our team. This job is designed to support our customers with great Customer Service, resolving support incidents with a mix of client on-site, remote in-office and remote in-home work.
Technical Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience troubleshooting and supporting Server/workstation, hardware, software, and networking equipment.
- Client / Server application installation, support, troubleshooting, etc.
- A+, Network +, Microsoft Certifications
- PC Hardware repair
- Must be skilled in Microsoft Office, Outlook
- Office 365 / Microsoft Hosted Exchange Management
- Active Directory Management, Group Policy
- Advanced Networking Knowledge – Firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, Routing, Subnet Management
Personal Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Self-motivated and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong work ethic required
- Strong customer service skills and communication
- Ability to manage stressful situations in a professional manner
- Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 50Lbs
