My counseling style is eclectic and uses a variety of evidence-based approaches to support my work with clients. My approach is strength-based using personal strengths and skills to enhance growth and emotional healing. We focus on the areas of life which are within our control while coming to terms with those that are not. A strength-based, solution-focused approach allows the client to be in the role of decision maker. Understanding this role allows you to be proactive rather than reactive in your daily life and relationships.
I believe that most people are doing the best that they can with the knowledge, skills and experiences from their life journey up to this point. Simply because we are doing the best we can does not mean that we are doing very well in all areas of our life. Working with me you'll find support to build self- awareness and develop healthy ways to manage your emotions , life challenges and achieve your goals.
