When Pamela Riesenberg took on the role of building and managing the new Branch of Reliant Mortgage Company, she was glad to be back in the community where she first started in this industry. Pamela began working in Finance 20 years ago and then felt there was something missing, so 10 years ago she moved into the Mortgage business. Struggling with corporate mentality and determined to make a difference, she wanted to change the way consumers were educated and guided through the Home buying and Refinancing process so she moved to a company that would allow her to make her own decisions.

Making the decision to join a large direct lender, with over 23 years experience Reliant Mortgage was the company for her. They close loans in their own name, have underwriting and processing in house which makes costs less and rates very competitive. Pamela has many specialty certificates besides her license in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts which allows her to help customers in their current and future financial endeavors. Her get it done attitude and pro-activeness is hard to miss.

Becoming an Affiliate Member of the Granite State South Board of Realtors in 2008 changed how Pamela saw her role in the community. She became a board member of many Non-profit organizations such as the “Dream Factory” helping raise money throughout the year for children. Fundraising has become second nature to her and seeing the support of the community makes it all worthwhile.
