We are both former Marines, Frank having served his country for over 20 years.  We have been married since 1978, and have 2 adult children, Heather and Brian.  Frank was born and raised in Nashua, and we have lived here, in the community we serve, for most of our lives.  

FOR BUYERS  

We offer a full, comprehensive buyer agent service.  We are well versed in the many types of mortgage plans available to buyers, we frequently work with Veterans in obtaining VA Loans, and we work closely with many professionals in this field.  

When searching for a home, buyers need only to log on to www.themenardteam.com  and register for our free search engine.  This will put the buyer directly into the Multiple Listing Service, which is the state-wide resource detailing all properties for sale in New Hampshire.  We are also licensed in Massachusetts, just give us a call and we will direct buyers to search engines in that state.  

Our motto is “Working Twice As Hard”, what this means to our clients is that they get two agents working for them.  If a client needs to see a property, scheduling a showing is usually easier for us to accommodate, simply because there are two of us.  

Once a buyer finds the home to purchase, we will work hard to negotiate the best terms possible, and finalize the contract.  We are with our buyers every step of the way through the inspection process, all the way through to the closing.  

FOR SELLERS

The Multiple Listing Service has space for up to 24 photos, when applicable; we will fill that space right up with interior and exterior shots of the property.  

As buyers view the property, we will obtain and review feedback.  The seller will receive a written feedback report every 48 hours.  Often, this feedback is helpful in determining what the buyers found to be negative features, which can often be remedied quite easily.
