About the company

CPUdude Technology Services was founded by Ben Emond in December 2007. Prior to beginning his professional career, Ben completed studies in several areas of information technology, specializing in computer applications and networking. Ben interned for First Virtual Communications and the Hudson, NH school district, working in such areas as quality assurance, testing, mass software deployment, and troubleshooting. Ben has worked with computers for over ten years and, before going out on his own, has been employed by companies including Microseconds NE, Prospeed, and Heilind Electronics.

Ben formed CPUdude Technology Services for several reasons:

Customers should be able to call and speak with a real person, or be called back within a reasonable time

Customers deserve a friendly face and a technician who empathizes with their concerns, not an unscrupulous salesperson who cares only for their own bottom line

Customers deserve to have issues explained in plain english, not complex technical jargon

Customers should be able to call and have simple questions answered, not forced to bring their machines in for costly, and, in some cases, unnecessary, diagnostics.

We ask our customers key questions so that we can get to the root of their problem, and formulate a possible solution, as quickly as possible. We also strive to give them an answer that will put them at ease and allow them to rest assured that we can help them and that there is an answer, one within their reach.
