Services - Established in 1994 our goal was to provide a clean and comfortable atmosphere for our members to exercise. We have set ourselves apart in the industry by being focused on our members needs. Over the years we have excelled at providing new programs and services to help each individual become healthier and happier.
We have re focused ourselves on not only exercise but wellness. Our programs offer options for everyone from ages 14 and up. We provide weight loss programs, nutritional counseling and fun exercise incentive programs. It is our belief that through education we can change the way exercise is perceived and provide benefits for all our members.
