Administered STD, LTD, and FMLA leave of absences. Collaborated with vendors, broker and payroll on all benefit-related activities. Oversaw and resolved electronic enrollment file issues. OAB Issue Resolution

Rebuilt and reprocessed 250 employee benefit records to reflect the correct termination date; resulting in accurate coverage cancellation and premium payments.
