Location: Virtual with maybe 1-2 meetings in person in the Arlington,MA area.

Background: A company I am working with receives grant funding and they need to prepare for an audit/review from a CPA firm, which we have lined up, so we need someone to help with the preparation. The basic tasks would include:

  • Migrating us from Freshbooks to Quickbooks online. (Transfer or recreate from bank transfer)
  • Working with the owner to reconcile, identify and categorize unidentified or incorrectly categorized transactions
  • Update transactions to the proper category and other data clean-up activity
