About the Company:
Julie practiced law for 8 years at the Chelmsford firm Hall, Finnegan, Ahern & Deschenes, which later became Deschenes & Farrell. In August 2010, she launched her own office, offering nearly 20 years of professional experience working with state environmental regulatory agencies, government contracting companies, and several private practice law firms, as well as interning for a Massachusetts Superior Court judge.
For 5 years, Julie worked at the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, and a focus of her practice is representing companies and individuals with DEP enforcement matters and wetlands appeals.
Julie also has experience in courts throughout Massachusetts, including local District and Superior Courts, Land Court, Appeals Court, the Supreme Judicial Court, and the United States District Court. In addition, she has experience with alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation.
